    Based on our candidate interviews, we create a shortlist of the best applicants. We present this to our client and share our impressions from the candidate interviews to date. We then accompany our client and the selected applicants through the entire selection process and are available to provide advice at any time.

    Once the candidate search and selection process has been successfully completed, we support our clients and candidates until they start work, throughout the entire probationary period, and beyond.
