Briefing
We conduct an in-depth discussion with our clients to gain a precise understanding of their individual requirements and expectations. Naturally, we are also happy to advise our clients on the specific details of the role and the general conditions of the position, and to share our market insights.

Research, Long List & Direct Contact
We select the candidate market and create a list of potential candidates based on specific criteria. In doing so, we draw on our extensive and excellent network and benefit from our in-depth technical understanding. We then approach all suitable candidates in a targeted manner, using a variety of communication channels. This enables us to achieve a penetration rate that is well above average.

Interviews
We conduct high-quality interviews with all candidates, which gives us excellent insight into their areas of expertise, personality, and motivation for changing jobs. At this stage, we also offer individually tailored solutions in the areas of leadership assessment and management audit, depending on the role being sought.

Short List & Application Process
Based on our candidate interviews, we create a shortlist of the best applicants. We present this to our client and share our impressions from the candidate interviews to date. We then accompany our client and the selected applicants through the entire selection process and are available to provide advice at any time.

Placement & Accompaniment
Once the candidate search and selection process has been successfully completed, we support our clients and candidates until they start work, throughout the entire probationary period, and beyond. Here, too, we are available to advise both sides at any time and are happy to provide support with our expertise.
